I have just installed pligg 1.0 and silver bullet template. But I have little problem...

when I voting the story (no login), the page result show this information...

Open your Pligg's .htaccess-file. I think that you find the solution from there.

BTW you should give more descriptive thread titles when posting to the forum.

Your mysql is older version !

I mean these lines in your .htaccess-file:

## Remove these two lines if you have a sub-domain like  http://subdomain.pligg.com  or http://localhost
## Keep if your site it like   http://www.pligg.com
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.
RewriteRule .* http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L]

Ofcourse it can be also template issue or something else. Have you tried what happends with default template?
