I have upgraded the site from Pligg 6+ to Beta 7,But it is not showing the template what i have in Pligg 6+, instead of that it is showing the default pligg template,could you please help.Thanks

Early versions of pligg had their own default templates. Templates must be updated manually to work for each version. Your template for pligg beta 6 will not work for Pligg Beta 7, and templates for pligg beta 7 will not work for Pligg Beta 8 and so forth.
