The news title are showing html entities code and not the character and in the url the same character is displayed without "&" and ";". For the tags, special characters are cutting words.

Any idée to correct this ?

I have a site and I think I have the same problem.

I can insert url with hebrew characters and it is fine but this specific url does the problem.

I checked it also in the above link.

in my home pc it works fine with the same ver of apache and php
when i run from my web hosting company
the proble occurs
