I have all my rss feeds placed into one category. All of these feeds then show when the upcoming tab is clicked. How can I hide the category or cat id from populating the list.

Upcoming.php: Using a filter, perferred, - or -
Link summary.tpl : If cat == then skip listing. - or -
Just create another page and use a standard rss script.

The way I have the site setup, link directory site, I don't want the articles and news to cloud up the upcoming list.. You probably would have to see the site to understand it better.. I don't really want to use another rss/page. I love the rss importer, once I figured it out it great. I know its not a "standard mod" like most of my post. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Well still can't figure this out. I resorted to give the rss feeds starting vote of 0 then made the upcoming default sort by votes, then flipped a css color change on news-summary if cat = catname. So at least the feeds don't overwhelm the directory listings unless they are voted..

However I would still like some help to the above problem if anyone should stumble across a solution.. In the meantime if I happen to hit my head an figure it out I'll post a solution as well..
