Current phpbb module will automatically log them into phpbb when they log into the pligg portion of the site from my understanding. I haven't actually tested it, but I encourage you to try it out to see if it works the way you want before suggesting features.

Not to argue, complain or whine, but there is no need to install it to tell if it will do what im asking unless its description is all a big lie. It basically registers new pligg users on phpbb (not what i need), requires users to login via pligg instead of phpbb (not what i need) and makes them update passwords via pligg (again, not what i need). I think it is great that this plugin was created for the users who paid for it/requested it, but for my uses it would not work as is. This is why I asked if it would be possible for certain features to be added. I am sorry that I cannot pay and I understand if you are unable to do it based on that, but I thought it was worth a try to ask.

I have a phpbb forum and a couple thousand registered users. I want them to be able to login to my forum, go directly to the pligg site and already be logged in (without having to register for pligg) and have their forum username/password work on the pligg site. If this cannot be done, oh well.. At least I tried.

Thanks for reading and as I said, I am not trying to complain about what you have done already.

More features = More $$$
Time is money, I can't develop non-essential modules just for the fun of it because I make my living off of Pligg. I would be glad to develop more options to this module should we gather some more funds.

I am sure if you made the module and charged a nominal fee for it you would make more off it than waiting for someone to donate a lump sum. I understand you make your living off of it and you probably have other modules to work on that were already donated for. Consider it a feature suggestion for a PRO version that could be a pay to download feature when you have more time

There are people all over looking for what I am looking for (lots of hits on google) so I would be willing to bet it would pay off in the long run. Estimate the amount you want to make from it, divide that by 20-40 and charge that much for it. I would be able to pay a smaller chunk in that manner. Once again, not complaining, just offering my ideas.

There was a version that worked for beta 9.1. I'm running it on my site right now at Ideas Inventory / Published.

The trouble is it has never worked reliably for vBulletin and not with anything past beta 9.1. I would LOVE to see the vBulletin integration resurrected for the latest revision of Pligg.

The irony of the situation here is that this forum is based on vBulletin instead of phpBB

Invision Power Board is suppose to be really easy to intergrate with and it's superior to vBulletin.

There are many third party apps that have been integrated into vbulletin. The developer just has to have a vbulletin license (it's a pretty popular piece of forum software).

Any chance of developing one for vbulletin? I'll cover the cost of the vb license if you want to dig into the software yourself.

Thanks
