Hello, I want to sell working template of yochacha.com as it is (without domain/hosting), if anyone interested still.
I have modified template as you can see at yochacha.com which I will be selling along with extra php file (2) and modified php file (2) and language file.
This is Given as working for version 1.0.1, without any errors. Please note all pages , information etc, are managed in wordpress, I will be happy to give wordpress theme modified to match this skin. Rest of Footer information is inserted directly in footer.
Note that I am not web designer or have any perfect knowledge of it. This template is not css html validated as some of you prefer, it is template, I tweaked it as I liked and got it working as can be seen, did thought of making css validated however smarty codes I can't change to make it pass smoothly, so gave up on it.
I will not give any warranty of anything, It's mainly template that makes it work as question answer site, and I give as working on yochacha.com currently. Please note this is made for 1.0.1, upgrade to latest version will take modification of few files, and I have not done it, and I have no perfect knowledge to do, so will be no help in it. I can only say this works with 1.0.1, any further modifications, you will have to do on own.
If anyone interested please contact with decent offer, please to save time don't go under $150 as I have no plans to resell template theme, it will be kept for you only.
