ok great anymore people? maybe the pligg pro owners can realize that there are many users waiting for this and are willing to pay some money to get this asap. |

| They tried to find a vb programmer in the past, but no one showed up.

ok Magneticat (reddyink) has already a good record developing vbulletin bridges. Unless some one comes up with someone soon (after a year of waiting i really doubt that), then the pligg owners should really hire Carlito (reddyink). Else we can pay him directly for development. I guess he needs us to show him we are interested. Any one else interested? |

We have actively searched for a developer to no avail for this project. Magnicat spoke with me on IRC a few weeks ago and I believe he is developing it and will notify us when he finishes. Otherwise I have opened a freelance job position on the new job board. Pligg vBulletin Integration la Pligg LLC / Pligg Job Board EDIT: As per a user request who subscribed to this thread for updates, I will be keeping the thread open, but only for content that share valuable information. No more bumps of any sort will be permitted. I would prefer it if you opened a fresh thread if you have a solution and link to it on this thread rather than having users dig several pages deep for the solution. The Twitter Module for Pligg CMS! Register, Login, and Submit Stories with Twitter. An absolute MUST HAVE for all Pligg sites! Last edited by Yankidank; 03-11-2008 at 08:31 AM. |

I am interested as well, I have developed a bridge for my current version of pligg, but its way outta date. I want to update to the latest version of pligg, but fear I will have to spend hords of time re-coding everything. I would LOVE to have a simple and easy bridge to use VB! jorge |

Hello all - we had thought you were not interested anymore because you were developing a free add-on. But we are more than happy to develop the integration and sell it through the website, if you are no more developing a free integration. Yankidank, if you can confirm me this is ok for you, we will be happy to start development and ship within the defined timeline in our post. But if you prefer to go with the freely available add-on, we'd perfectly understand as well and leave the field open to any other developer, as I can see it is probably more in line with philosophy of this great project. We are a small development team, and maintenance of integrations can be a tricky business, as you probably know; so the integration price should cover also the maintenance costs for the period we will be actively working on the integration - that's why we cannot afford to go with the freely available option.
