My users can't vote.I tried to replace link_summary.tpl with wistie link_summary.tpl but don't change nothing.

What version of Pligg are you using?
What template are you using?
How about a link to your site?
Have you made sure that the template you've chosen is compatible with the version of Pligg you are running?
Have you made any modifications?

I use the last version, my template is modified version of silverbullet.
I'm sure the problem is in the template, but I do not know what parts to replace for vote.

The silverbullet template is not compatible with Pligg 1.0.3

Does xmlhttp.php or xmlhttp_total.php present in /templates?

Or maybe you did not change the settings to allow vote from the same IP address?
