Have you tried downloading all files and searching them for the source of the problem? If it turns out that a file has been altered I would recommend removing the template editor file and perhaps making another upgrade to 1.0.0 (lots of bug and security fixes since 9.9.5).

Thanks for the response.

I checked through every file on the server and I also had host check for malicious scripts. Nothing found. I guess I'll move to 1.0.0 Which build is stable- 1.0.0 RC4?

1.0.0 is the latest version (non release candidate). We will be issuing a 1.0.1 update probably in a couple weeks but it's nothing really worth waiting for, mostly small bug fixes.
