Creating a new Full page

i am using latest version of pligg 1.0.3 and the wistie template. I have easily created "pages" with the CMS manage pages function, BUT i would like to create full pages without the sidebars.

Please let me know how i can create full width static pages. Can this be done in 'manage pages'? or will it have to be done by creating individual html pages... either way please let me know what steps i should take to create these full width pages.

This could be done by customizing your template. Usually the sidebar code is in pligg.tpl.
