Digg's RSS feeds don't actually include the URL of the link, it just includes the digg URL of the story.

Becasue of this, using a digg RSS feed fo rimporting stories is sort of useless (the links simply all point to digg).

Has anyone come up with an easy way to sort this out so it works properly?

I don't know pligg development very well, but from a programming perspective, it would be really easy to go & grab the story url from the digg page....

Use the feedburner version of their feed.

Make sure you set the pligg field name link_url to feedburner: origlink in the rss importer module.

thanks a ton, i didn't know about the feedburner link for digg. Any idea if there are seperate links for the categories on digg? I only want one category as all the rest are not relevant to my site...
