Only admin can create group? I created test user account, bu don't see create group option. Using 1.0.0 Rc1b. I read the help here Pligg Groups, and so I got some idea. Look inside admin panel > configure > group, I can saw that group turned on = true, auto approve = true, max group user create = 10, and so on. So configure seems right, how come normal user couldn't create group? Anyone know how to fix this?

Note: I even try to copy path to submit_groups.php from my website, and then log out of admin, and then use a normal user to go to the path, but it said group is disabled. Hmm... this means settings.php did not work even though it has correct setting?

Default settings should have groups turned on and the rest of the settings you pointed out. I'm not sure why it isn't showing up for you. Are you using the Wistie template? Is this an upgrade or fresh install?

I did an upgrade. I did it my way though because when I did it the readme.html way, it wasn't working. What I did was fresh installed, then point dbconnect.php to 9.9.5 db, and then go to install/index.php to upgrade database to 1.0.0 Rc1b's database. Afterward everything is working, except only admin can create group but not normal users. I checked the settings, and saw group is turned on as default setting should be, but the fact is that test account as normal users at GreenSocialTech - Your Source for Social News and Networking couldn't create group. I could though with admin account.

Please go to Pligg Latest Download Packages and grab the latest available SVN build. We made some changes to fix this problem recently, which should be out with RC2 soon.
