I'll move this post to the Module support forum where it should have been posted. Maybe someone will read it there. You should also probably give more details if you wish for anyone to help you.

Thanks Even with clean install no errors, install the rss importer module. Click on it to configure from the admin panel and the page is blank. Sorry but searching here is difficult due to the various versions being reported in the same forum. |

When you're asked to give more details a good rule of thumb should be to give details about your server set up. PHP version, MYSQL version etc. It helps us nail down where the problem might be and troubleshoot for others.

Thanks again. PHP 4.3.9 MYSQL 4.1.20-2.... CentOS release 4.5 (Final) This was working great on 9.9.5 (but that is now gone due to a corrupt backup) If you look at the blank page source it ends here Code: <div id="body-contents"> <div class="bluerndcontent"> |

Back to my problem: Are there any modules that might not be listed that are required? I have tried putting rss_importer files back up through various methods so I'm sure the files are fine. I'm sure I have all my specs listed somewhere in this post, must be missing something? Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks |

Still no luck on the RSS_Importer in the admin module(still just blank page. I tried populating the db manualy with a feed then called the import.php via cron and it returned the following PHP Notice: Undefined index: SCRIPT_NAME in /home/chumit/public_html/import.php on line 3 PHP Warning: main(../Smarty.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/chumit/public_html/import.php on line 7 PHP Warning: main(): Failed opening '../Smarty.class.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/chumit/public_html/import.php on line 7 PHP Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: smarty in /home/chumit/public_html/import.php on line 8 Any clues? Thanks Brandon |
