It does not take a crystal ball to understand, all it takes is a website that has been hacked by the holasionweb script.

If it happened to your site you would know what I am talking about.

Godaddy has been fighting this for quite some time. All I can suggest is to move your hosting to a more secure environment.

This one is actually new, and I have found a script to get rid of it by the folks of Sucuri Security.
