How users are displayed while running Karma.

Hi i want to know how users are ranked means the users with most stores is not on top.
Everyday i run karma it shows sometimes on first the user with only one story like ,
Karma ranks users according to day or week like that and how to set it like users with most karma points on top ,like top users for all time not for day,week like that.
Please help.

and secondly when i click on top users it doesn't show according to Karma ,how to set that.

When i run linkmarking.com/libs/karma.php it shows users till r at the end after r doesn't show users and it also not changing karma points of users after r.
