No help at forum. At all. I payid 10 usd for to some 16-yo kid who fixed it with only one "/" in config.php and there is nothing about it at this forum. I belive i need to look more for digg like cms...

reinstalled everything and it appears to be working. i had disabled and enabled, but this time i completely uninstalled.
