    Hi,

I am having the same problem, canīt see any code to paste on the htacces file, so links will break.

    Seriously anyone help please!

There is no point of having a site, if URL are not SEO friendly

Not enough information provided for anyone to help you.
All we know right now is that you are having a problem.
Did you take the time to read the .htaccess file and make the necessary edits where it says? Does your server even support mod rewrite?
Without any information we can only assume this is a user error.

Question Error when i change from htaccess.default to .htaccess

Hi, this is what I get when I change from htaccess.default to .htaccess.

I already asked my hosting company [i.e.justhost] and they told me mod_rewrite is enabled.

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    -----
In admin, i get this error as well.

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/admin_index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Make sure your permissions are correctly set. Folder permissions can be found in the Pligg readme.html file.
