Hi I installed the XMl sitemaps module that comes with PLigg 1.0. But it wont generate a sitemap. I configured it, cant find a button that will generate a sitemap if I click it. And after posting a story it still doesn't generate a sitemap. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Same questions and challenge. I've configured it in the Configure section but there is no sitemap.xml file

same, it's supposed to autogenerate a sitemap file but I get nothing

yup where is the sitemap, i have it working on pligg 9.9 but not 1.0 would appreciate some quick advice on this

so does the sitemap module work with 1.0? Nobody seems to have an answer for this? Do i need to submit a bug, would seem pointless since it has been reported here several times, not sure why a module that doesn't work with 1.0 would be added in the default modules |

Last I heard it wasn't working and the module had some serious holes in it, so we removed it from the trunk this week. 1.0 is still in a RC phase, so not everyhing has been confirmed to be 100%.

It was not working for me too. I gave Sitemap Friendly URL option to true and added the url rewrite thing to .htaccess file ======== RewriteRule ^sitemapindex.xml module.php?module=xml_sitemaps_show_sitemap [L] RewriteRule ^sitemap-([0-9a-z]+).xml module.php?module=xml_sitemaps_show_sitemap&i=$1 [L] ======== Now the sitemap is getting updated automatically with each submission. You check this url ( http://yourdomain.com/module.php?module=xml_sitemaps_show_sitemap ) is working, If so, the above will work |
