I'm getting the message "If the dropdown menu below is filled with blank entries, you will need to CHMOD your template directory to 777" above the drop list on the admin template page. The 'Choose a file to open' drop list is empty. The permissions for the template directory is 777. I can change the template. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Not only the directory, but all of the tpl files contained within the template need to be CHMOD 777.
