Every page comes up as the Published page, the homepage if you will:
Click a tag, the Published page refreshes
Click Upcoming, you stay on Published
Click an article (which should go to the site) and you stay on Published
Browse to info.php which the sticky post says you need to diagnose... you stay on Published

You have set URL Method 2 to true which means you must rename the htaccess.default file to .htaccess and you'll also need to add the code that is generated for you in the admin > category manager> (look at the bottom where it says "if using url method 2 add the following to your .htaccess file")
