Two Strange Issues..out of nowhere
I discovered two new issues today that seem to have just come out of nowhere.
Issue #1: In the admin - modules settings, the update links, which look like this (Update 0.2), etc., are displaying one module lower than they are linked to. This is not a huge deal or anything, but I am slightly wondering if it is linked to my next issue:
Issue #2: I have purchased and installed the Auto Thumb module, externally from the developers site. The module stopped working correctly a couple of days ago, and the developer told me that the jquery library must not be installed (even though it is). I have uninstalled, deleted, re-uploaded, reinstalled, etc., but no success.
Do either of these issues have a possible common bond? I'm using pligg 1.0.4. I hope I have provided enough information. Let me know if more details are required.
additional details: I have not recently installed or changed any other files that are relevant to these issues. I have tried going "back" and undoing every change I have made, but no success with either issue.
Thanks.

Issue solved
disabling the gzip file compression solves this issue. The jquery module does not like gzip compression, as I was able to find in my error log.
