Replace vote/voted text with graphic

First ... thanks for a great piece of software. Easy to install and manage (especially for a noobie like me ;-)). I've looked and cannot find this so here goes...is there an easy way to replace the vote/voted text with a graphic?

in the templates/mollio-beat/link_summary.tpl is where the story summary including vote box area html is located. templates/mollio-beat/main.css is where the css is located. Between the two you can change the voting area anyway you want.
