Pligg 1.0 RC4, category order is not working. Using template Magazeen. I tried to move the arrow up, and I saw the category moved up as expected, but when I took a look at the front page and normal pages (that's not in admin panel), the categories showed as if nothing had changed.

OK, I found out that Category Order is not working with SSL URL only, but if I remove https:// and use http:// URL, the category order is working. This mean the check_referrer(); is still messing up this very feature when using SSL URL. Hope the developer notices this and fix for SSL URL. As logging in without SSL when the person is admin is very insecure.

Also I found out that even though not using SSL URL, using normal http:// URL, the order category is not working as it should, because when you move one category up or down, other category gets move somewhere else randomly. So it's impossible for me to alphabetically sort the categories!

Noted the https issue. We'll try to apply a fix for the next release.
I can't reproduce the issue with category sorting.

What happens when you set the base url, in admin> config> location installed> to https ?

I haven't try to set the base to https://. Though once shouldn't have to as all websites should set to http:// and only if the users want to access https:// on their own.

I had to restore the db after trying to access the db directly and was trying to change the order of the category by editing and replacing the order number such as -2 or 99. When I directly edited the order number of category in db, the category disappeared from site. That was why I restore the db with an earlier version db that had category in alphabetical order (9.9.5 version) and upgraded that db to 1.0 RC4 version.

I think we just fixed this in the SVN. Could you please try the latest SVN version?
