Incorrect user1-0/ Voting problem

i had this error when i try to make a anonymus vote Incorrect user1-0 i dont know why.

Any help please.

that is not a good solution, if somebody/someone have this problem.

Login as adm/Configure/Voting/Votes Allowed for IP/ Value = 0.

And Voilà.
