When I get to submit step 2 of 3 on the category drop down I get: Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, "was given in /home/pliggsite/public_html/class.template.php on line 778 "category name" for every category. What does this mean?

I remember this happening before on one of my sites temporarily. I think clearing the template cache fixed it. You might want to try that first, then if that doesn't work try renaming a category then name it back to it's original name to see if that will clear the category cache.
