I know I saw Chuck talk about making this a while back and it was to be available upon release of 1.0 - However, I cannot seem to find it anywhere, even in the shop area, so I'm thinking it didn't happen or I need directions to find it.

What I'm looking for is a plugin module that would make members pay a monthly fee for use of the site.

Now the thing is I need this to work for all new members as well as the current 58k members.

-- For existing members perhaps it would give them a notice or something telling them in order to submit they must upgrade?

Either way, is there something out there that can do this?
