Code:Could not open socket
It's either caused by:
- Improper server configuration.
- Server doesn't support url f()open.
- Using a non-compatible template.
I recommend going to Admin>Configure>Submit> URL Validation> Set to false.

It means your host has disabled php f()socket open.
Contact them and ask them to enable it.
Another thing you can try is changing the captcha from recaptcha to another type from the admin panel.. Recaptcha is the default method and uses php f()open
