Could you give us a list of Czech words that we could check?

I just tested about half of those examples and they all worked fine. Are you adding the words through the Admin > Language section or manually editing the /langauges/lang_english.conf file? I was making the edits from Admin > Language and I was able to change the value for the defautl "My Site" value into all of the tested words and the characters showed up fine on the front page of my site. I'm not able to recreate whatever problem you might have with the latest SVN build.

Solved finally.

1. installed latest SVN
2. change code type of file language_english.conf from ANSI to UTF-8
3. translated to czech language in PS Pad

Still do not work:
- make translation in Admin -> Language, when you write it there it shows good characters, but after reload it shows something like this:
Pokroഁil vyhledvn

open /langauges/lang_english.conf file in editor such as Dreamweaver and change encoding to UTF8.
