@ucupzzz /story/title/ wont work becoz, if u had enabled SEO, then i think URL should be http://[your site name]/story/story-title-something kind of. make sure you fix the SEO stuff.

is document root the template folder i am using aggrepress on Buzz ! Times Mirror - News that Matters and i placed the toolbar.php in aggrepress folder and image in images folder and i modified the file (as instruction said but when i click on story its goin nowhere except webserver error

you have not passed id properly. are you passing URL or ID to the toolbar.php?

you need not do any thing with admin. toolbar is nothing to do with admin interface. in the link_summary.tpl, i cannot find any thing "toolbar.php". it seems that you have not at all edited it. www.buzz.timesmirror.in -> your site is not at all working.
