Hello folks,

I am trying to show the pligg voting system (stars) on another .php file (which will also allow them to vote from there, too). However, after poking around I am a little confused at the current pligg design.

Could a very kind developer please describe how the star voting method works and what files are involved? I have managed to extract the voting information and its calculated correctly - its just I am confused as to how its presented/displayed. Currently, the information I have from a story is:

Link rating: 4.5
Rating width:112.5
Vote count:2
Votes: 9

I would just like a developer to describe how I can show the stars correctly on another .php and allow a vote to be issued from this other .php file.

I have the same information and I was tailing the POST info with FireBug to see where the info was being sent. It goes to Vote.php in your pliggbase directory.

I am perplexed however since I cant seem to find the POST code in the link_summary.tpl file. I am trying to replace the star voting system on my install with a jQuery star rating system but have no idea how to POST/GET this info.

Have you figured anything else out with this? Any info from anyone would be appreciated.
