I recently installed SVN 569 and I'm trying to setup the RSS Importer v 0.9. When I import the feeds I get a ton of HTML code in the description. Is there a way to just import the content similar to the way the importer in Pligg 9.1 did.? The importer in 9.1 was simple, just brought in the content automatically without the HTML code. I've tried adding the HTML tags to the allowed HTML code and imported again and still the HTML code shows up in the description however none of the tags have the <> characters around the tags when they import so it doesn't even recognize it as an HTML tag anyway.
For example I imported a feedburner feed and the description came in like this:

Last Friday, I told you about a HUGE announcement scheduled for today. It’s actually in a video I recently made. You can check it out here:br /a href="http://www.getdaygame.com"br /http://www.getdaygame.com /abr /br / In case you’re wondering, yes, I am going to be releasing my Day Game home study course later this month.br /br /But that is NOT what this announcement is all about. In addition, to the announcement, you’re also in store for something else VERY cool:br /br /UNDERCOVER FOOTAGE OF A COMPLETE DAY TIME PICK UP FROM BEGINNING TO END!br /br /

I don't understand why it's importing the content with the tags, and the tags don't even have <> around them. When you look at the source code of the feed and webpage the tags have <> around them. If it's possible I'd like to import the content without the HTML similar to the way RSS Importer version 0.1 did, or if I can get this to work I'd be glad to include HTML tags if it makes it work. BTW I've tried a bunch of different variations of allowed HTML code but currently it is:
"<b><br><font><image></image><p><youtube><myspace>< img ><content : encoded>"
I've been racking my head over this for a while and can't figure out. Please let me know if I can include more information to make this clearer. Would love some feedback.
Thanks!
