After upgrading to Pligg 1.1.4 does not work to register new

the problem is that if one tries to register the page is reloaded, I tried to put the captcha but the problem recurs, reload the same page

It's most likely template related. There was a change in register template made for Pligg 1.1.3.
It looks like you went from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4 and skipped the template updates needed for Pligg 1.1.3
