I am considering using PLIGG for a new website and would like to have a static home page. I have seen posts about adding static pages and I understand creating a custom php and tpl but I am not sure if this works for the home or default page.

Thanks.

hmmm off the top of my head i would say the pligg static page creation function would not allow you to have a static frontpage, please correct me if i am wrong guys.

One possible solution would be to create a file titled index.html as your static front page and apply setting to apache that looks for an .html file before a .php file.

Might not help but hope it does.
