Just copy/paste the code they provide, but then place at the top {literal} and at the bottom {/literal}. Whenever you use javascript in a tpl file you need to use literal tags.

It's kind of funny that you asked this question on "The Standard" (new template name) blog post because I originally had buysellads integrated in the sidebar. Thinking that the advertisers might not like their ads showing up on non-Pligg.com pages I decided to replace that code with the square banner hosting/donate ads to support Pligg.
