I have installed pligg and created few categories. Now i would like to know whether is it possible that on the front/home page where all the voted stories are promoted, a block (just like login block or categories block) can be placed which shows the stats of various categories, like number of posts in each category, most active category etc. In this way, i can display a block on the main page showing categorywise stats (no. of posts in each category, most active category etc.) and on each category page it will reduce into that category stats block.
