I have been using the RSS Import with no problems until just now.

I updated pligg to 1.0.0 - Added a new feed and fetched it with no problem, I now went to edit a feed and i get the following:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxx/public_html/modules/rss_import/rss_import_main.php on line 363

What happened?

I removed all tables in the db.
Deleted the module.
Uploaded the module.
Installed the module again.

Still the same problem.

Error: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxx/public_html/modules/rss_import/rss_import_main.php on line 363

Line 363 reads: foreach ($z as $item => $key) {

Ok so I think I've got it worked out...

It seems that the rss feed url field does not like trailing slash - once I removed the trailing slash all went back to normal.

I suggest that the module dev create an error alert to tell the user to remove the trailing slash if one is used.
