No code found at the bottom of ...
“You must rename htaccess.default to .htaccess AND add code found at the bottom of the Admin > Manage > Categories page to the .htaccess file”
I tried to find the code to paste to .htaccess, but just found nothing at the bottom of the Admin > Manage > Categories page.
I appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

You don't need to add code anymore. It's all taken care of in the .htacces

Good to know. I was wondering the same thing. :-)

Could you tell us where you saw the description to add the category code so that we could remove that documentation?

Hi, when i change to the URL method 2 and try to view existing stories I get a 404 error. I this as expected for stories submitted using Method 1?
Thanks,
Rob.

the page under admin/configure/SEO/ url method is where it still shows the Note: You must rename htaccess.default to .htaccess AND add code found at the bottom of the Admin > Manage > Categories page to the .htaccess file

Hello,
And yet I have changed to the URL Method 2 and everything works fine on my site, but I wonder if I even need to listen to this "Note: You must rename htaccess.default to .htaccess AND add code found at the bottom of the Admin > Manage > Categories page to the .htaccess file"
because even if I wanted I still can not find anything at the bottom of the Admin > Manage > Categories page ( Except this: "Click Here to rename htaccess.default to .htaccess to enable URL Method 2" on that I gave a click of curiosity before I move from the URL Method 1 to URL Method 2, but no code found ). And then if Pligg do these things automatically, why still there is this note to the latest version?
