ACS on and off

Hi, I resently installed ACS on my pligg site, but have realised that it is on at one moment especially if you load the site and if you click to open another page, the ACS thumbnails disapears and i get every were this default image. To get them back i have to deinstall ACS and reinstall it, but the same thing happens again.

Can anyone help me here.

Hi Chuckroast, here is the example on my link (afriweb.org). I have reinstalled ACS again and check my site(afriweb.org) and see the problem i get.

It looks like your server is occasionally timing out while connecting to the yourube api to grab the thumbnails. I would recommend contacting your host as this would be an issue with your server and not the module.

Also would suggest updating your ACS module to version 6 which is available from your pligg pro account download tab. The ACS6 doesn't use the "image not available" thumb and falls back to a screenshot (thumbnail) of the submitted url. Make sure you read the included readme file for installation instructions. If you have problems. A tip is to chmod the required folders to 755 instead of 777 as written in the readme file..
