How to remove description and tags from submit page

Hi, I was wondering how to remove the description and tags from the submit page. I just want to be able to submit titles. I set the minimum requirements for tags and description to 0 so it will allow me to submit with only just a title but I want to remove the boxes for descriptions and tags. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Take a look at the language settings, in the admin section. You may be able to delete the the field prompts to get the effect you desire.
