When my order gets confirmed?

I made a payment yesterday for social pro kit including installation service but still my account shows no details about order history or downloads. How long it takes for the payment to get cleared?

The reason is because you placed your order 5 days ago and took took 4 days to make a payment. The order was purged from the system by then.. Now it has to be manually entered into the database which will take a day or so.

Also note that by looking at your installation information you've already provided the incorrect FTP information. So you will need to provide the correct information in those fields.If you are unsure what your FTP information is, you will need to contact your host and ask them.
