Problem with database after upgrade - no Pligg_links

Ok, needed to make a thread with an updated subject line.
SInce the upgrade the Pligg_links table is saying in use. If I click on it it gives me this

#144 - Table './denewman_harry/pligg_links' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

No new stories are working either. Basically it has none of the stories that used to be there and will not accept new stories.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Problem solved. I did a repair database in the cpanel and the links have magically reappeared...all 239,826 of them
