    Adding URL & Title via submit.php?URL=url&TITLE=test link

    It doesn't work with Title :/ [URL added correctly]
    Even when I change & to &.

    Any solutions?

    I think it only works for URL.

    You can modify submit.php to include the title and others around these lines:
    PHP Code:
    // this is for direct links from weblogs
    if(empty($_POST['phase']) && (!empty($_GET['url']) || is_numeric($_GET['id']))) {

    Doesn't Pligg already automatically grab the title from the URL?

    Provided you haven't hit any hiccups and still have url validation on, you can do a simple:
    hxxp://www.yourwebsite.com/submit.php?url=[url] <--just replace the hxxp with http and your actual domain name in the place of "yourwebsite"

    That's what I do and it works for the sites that submit to my site remotely. Is that what you mean? It skips step 1 and inputs the information pulled from the submitted url.

    Yes, but I think only in POST method, where you click that 'Continue" button in Step 1. But in GET action where you type directly http://www.yourwebsite.com/submit.php?url=www.domaintosubmit.com&title=TITLE_ HERE in your browser, only the URL is grab.
