Categories dont seem on admin panel but seem on sidebar

When I'm deleting all categories all categories was deleted suddenly. but these categories seem on sidebar when I logged in. How can i solve it?

You deleted all of the categories, but they still show in the sidebar when logged in? It's probably a cache issue. Clear you template cache and refresh the page.

I solved it. I add lots of category. It solved. how it has been I dont understand.
