How can I stop blank upcoming stories?

As the title says, my website automatically shows blank stories in upcoming news, but it should be automatically discarded if the content is blank.
but rather than that its coming to the upcoming stories and its showing blank entry..
How can I automatically discard all blank sotories??

Value: 10
Default Value: 10
Default Value: number

They should be discarded but they are appearing in upcoming.
How can I change it?
