Hi there, i have done quite an extensive search on the site here but cant seem to find anyone giving an answer to the problem with url method 2 (safe urls) and getting a 500 server internal error, the only answers have been regarding the host and using mod_rewrite... BUT, my host has it, im using it, no problems with any other cms' regarding safe urls but my pligg install (v1) just wont work at all, as soon as i add the code it gives me on the category page i cant access the site, 500 internal server error!!!!

Please can somebody shed some light here i need to launch my site asap.

i should clarify a bit further here, safe urls seem to be working for me if the category has only ONE word, as soon as there is a second word there with a space it doesnt work, then when i add the code from the categories page it gives the 500 error.

Another quick update, i added a hyphen in the category name and it works except now in the title of the page it has a hyphen also, so it seems all my problems revolve around having two word in the category title!

too confusing can someone please shed some light...
