Im looking to be able to sort categories by additional facets other than the default of dates (Week, Month etc).
Example
I capture additional fields via the submission of news e.g. colour, size etc and was wondering if there was the ability to set these parameters as sort facets.
I presume the sort feature works by sorting tables by dates; which file is this located within? If, for example, I mimiced this, renamed it and altered the sql command to sort by X then Y would I be able, along with a handful (wishful thinking) be able to sort categories by futher facets?
My thinking is to make my news website more "retail" like using facets to re-define categories further. I predict this wil lhave great usability offering hence the requirement.
Would appreciate input if possible.
