Log file, how to disable logging

Hi,
I was just wondering how to turn logging off. My site makes huge log file in cache folder (log.php), these are mostly notices about undefined variables and indexes. I dont really need these as long as site works ok.
I have to delete it at least once a week.

I think you could just comment out lines 13 and 14 in config.php

I did comment out lines 13 and 14 in config.php. But It is not ok. Help me, please.
