Well, I'm no where near done, but at least the basic structure is up. I still have comments, profiles, some side bars, footer, and other little fixes and styles. So far it works in FF, IE6, Opera, and Netscape (I will not support Safari). This will most likely be a non-exclusive template for sale for around $60 to $100 or it can be purchased exclusively for $1500. I'll keep this thread updated as I finish things up. I plan on making a lot more templates as well so feel free to make some suggestions on what you might want to see. Anyway, here is BlackHeart Beta

what if someone buys it non exclusively, and then a week later someone else comes along and wants it exclusive!!!!!!

Its the same way design templates are sold on template monster.

Once it is sold exclusively it will be removed from sale forever. So basically if you buy it first, then you would be the only one.

It's a nice layout, but difficult to read.

But I think it's not worth $1500

Take a look at some off the designs on this page, there also very nice, but not $1500:

Well, its also not just a PSD. Its a full coded template and $1500 would only be for someone that wants it exclusively. Anyone can get the template for much less if they dont mind sharing it with others. The site you showed only looked like PSDs or simple html pages. I dont think it really compares, but whatever.

As for readability, Im going to tone down from of the pink highlights in some areas and try to push more grays. I'll see what I come up with.

I agree, I don't think you can compare that site to a Pligg template. Like newuser said, I think they are either just PSD files or just a PSD file chopped for one static HTML page. There's 100x more effort that goes into making a template for a CMS like Pligg. Especially when you have to learn a template engine like Smarty.
