Is there a way to have "add a vote or subtract a vote" functionality in the latest version of Pligg? Anybody have it working in the Arthemia theme?

I'm basically looking for the same functionality as on YourNews.it - La community per i blogger

yep, there is, look at the the linksummpery.php module in the 'thestandard' template
that came with 1.0.3b

Sadly the anser you were given is not correct for the Arthemia template..

What you will need to do is open
yoursite.arthemia/pligg.tpl
Change line 134
Where it's calling {$my_pligg_base}/templates/xmlhttp.php

Change that call to xmlhttp_total.php

The vote total will move up and down (vote) (bury) it won't be in real time but it will calculate to totals.
