I really need to contact with main programmers ( ChuckRoast or Yankidank ) of Pligg CMS to do some custom works for me. Please give me a contact way or email address of them that i give them my needs. I really need it so please help me.

We do not do custom work unless you are a large company with a legitimate budget.
The people with that kind of budget know how to get in touch with us.
If you can't get a hold of us, it's pretty safe to say that you can't afford us.
However we do provide a job board in which you can post work for others to bid on.

I think i can afford for my custom works. I am expert in some fields of Internet and i need some custom works. So please give me a way to contact with you or Yankidank so i will say my needs and you tell me your bid.

It's not so much whether you can afford it, It's more of a question as to who you represent.
Both Yank and I receive multiple offers on a daily basis. It's not that we don't want to do these projects, it's just the reality that we have other stuff going on.

As I suggested before, I would recommend posting your project to the job board.
At least you can put your suggestion out there, and in return you will get offers for it. We do read the job board and if it's something we feel we are interested in, we will respond.
It's not that we are trying to be douchbags, it's simply matter of simple mathematics.
"Supply and demand" if you will.

I believe that submiting new links ( stories ) to pligg is not as easy as you think now and i have some ideas to make it easier. But i only want them to be done for myself.
